I'm Denise K. Roy, CHRL, MHRM, founder of The Happy Coconut Company. For more than 25 years, I've helped organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership, and connect workforce strategy to business results.
My background spans executive HR leadership in software, transportation, and telecommunications. That experience shapes my approach to AI adoption: start with the work, understand the people doing it, and build a realistic path to change.
I believe AI should support people—not simply be imposed on them. My focus is the human side of AI-enabled change: readiness, role clarity, communication, learning, and sustainable adoption.
